Man, yesterday was rough on me. It all started with a breakfast made up of Grasshopper cookies, which just happen to be my favorite. Then I had to play on the computer for a while. Jeremiah was home all day and he made me go on errands with him. Can you believe he made us all be together as a family? He took us to the bank, Wal-Mart and then the post office. Then he stayed home with the kids while I attended my obstetric appointment. And when I got home I was forced to sit and talk on the phone while he mowed the lawn and pushed Isaac in his swing.
Don't you feel sorry for me?
He kept the kids all to himself again while I went to the chiropractor. Wait, it gets worse...after I got home I laid down because I was having a few contractions and I ended up taking a two hour nap! And then, when I woke up, I was told that I didn't get to cook dinner, that we were going out. The nerve of him, taking me to my favorite Mexican restaurant for dinner!
Oh the shame!
To top it all off, Jeremiah put the kids to bed and then stayed up with me to watch a movie. It was just too much. I don't know if I can handle much more of Jeremiah being on Spring Break!
All right, all right, yesterday was wonderful and I wish it could be like that more often. The best part of it was having the opportunity to be together as a family, something we don't get to do as often as we'd like. And tomorrow is Jeremiah's birthday so we have another fun day planned (and this time it's not all just for me.)
