Before Alzheimers Kicks In

"Leave a Memory"
Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.

It's actually pretty cool (and funny) to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.
If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Ok, Gwen. MY memory of you is: In high school, You came and did my hair for prom because you didn't have a date. I felt bad that you weren't going, but you did an awesome half hair up, with twists of hair everywhere. Really cool!

The first time we met, you took me to your room to show me your barbies.

Okay, since Alzheimer's has set in for me already, my memory of Gwen is doing the RUNNING MAN at Tanner's wedding.

First of all, I like the new backdrop to your blog, it captures your "dramatic" style.

Onto memories...It is hard to decide which memories should be published or kept for our own private consumption.

I have a great memory of you "borrowing" someone elses "undies" from their laundry basket.

I also have a memory of you slamming on the breaks the time I threw a wrapper out the window. This memory is still very vivid and I am reminded of it every time I see trash on the road.

I have lots of memories of you washing your face. What was that all about anyway? You had all these great smelling soaps and this fancy little lather brush.

The first time I ever had lobster was at your house. Your parents had flown them in from CT or more likely Maine.

I remember having a crush on your brother Brady.

I remember having a crush on your brother Ryan.

I remember playing countless games with your family around the kitchen table.

Hmmm..what else...

You helped me move pipe a couple of times one summer.

I remember crusing around in the corsica and lumina.

I remember chasing boys with you even though I was too young to date - that was obviously a poor "wingman" choice on my part but wise on your part.

We tried out for a solo section of a music festival, together. I guess there is no wonder we didn't get the part.

You taught me to brush my lips with my tooth brush because they would make them softer.

I remember sitting on your bed or at your vanity listening to albumns by Jewel.

What a ride and I am sure I would do it all over again! Thanks for the memories Gwen!

Blake and I actually are trying to think of some memories of you. Blake had one but said it is too gross to put on so we are still thinking.

My memories of Gwen are every time we get together at the M's for anything Gwen always makes it fun. You are always so fun to be around and have so much energy you make me look bad. So it is not really just one memory but every time. It is something I remember you by.
